History on Enviromotive and the EvacuBlast System

Enviromotive has been manufacturing Industrial Cleaning Equipment for over 40 years. About 12 years ago, adventure into DPF cleaning equipment began. After spending many months researching existing DPF cleaning machines and options, we designed a cost effective yet thorough DPF Cleaning System. The research and development continues to provide our customers with the latest in technology and innovations.

We found in our research most systems lack the ability to focus on a specific area or cell of the DPF. It is because of this, we decided to build a manually assisted system. This gives the EvacuBlast System the ability to focus on each cell or problem area in the DPF.

When operating the automated systems, we were convinced that they only get the diesel particulate filters “partially” cleaned since there is no convenient way to focus on specific areas of the DPF. The other main concern we had with the automated systems was mechanical failure. Unlike the automated systems, EvacuBlast Systems are reliable. They are unlikely to experience serious technical failures that could cause a customer, or your trucks, to be waiting due to your cleaning system being down.

Why is the EvacuBlast System So Effective?

Every DPF System has, what we call, a “Gum Ball” (a specific area in the filter that most of the soot enters the DPF and accumulates near the inlet). Removal of the soot from the DPF is key. Unfortunately, blowing a large pulse of air in one direction, or air knives in opposite directions (top & bottom) into the DPF will not clean the problem areas that every DPF has. Air always takes the path of least resistance and with our system we can focus the air and the operator can produce a fully cleaned unit.

The EvacuBlast System features Dual Force Technology. This technology applies extreme high pressure air on one side of the filter and extreme suction directly on the same cell on other side of the filter simultaneously. This process attacks the hard to reach cells in the DPF that most DPF cleaning equipment cannot clean properly. The operator of the equipment can visually attest to the execution of the equipment and provide a filly cleaned unit.
